I've had my Henry for a number of years now and I've always been happy with it,then the tube ripped,I tried to repair it with duct tape but it didn't work so I sadly decided poor Henry had to go to hoover heaven. I was scrolling through the various vacuums on Amazon,mainly Henrys as I'd been happy with my old one,when I came across this item, a replacement tube,plus the foot,metal tubes and a few other attachments,as.well as spare bags,all this for less than twenty pounds!! I sent for it there and then ( actually I had a little scroll round first to see if there were any more for better value!) and it arrived a few days before the expected date. I got Henry out of his cupboard and took the old tube off and replaced it with the new one, perfect fit! I didn't replace the tubes and the foot as the old ones are perfectly fine but I've put the others away in case I ever need a replacement. Plugged it in,switched it on and away we go!. It worked wonderfully, it was like a whole new Henry! I'm so happy with this product, it's saved me at least £100,probably more and dear old Henry has a new lease of life!

The product itself is self explanatory, in terms of the quality it is not the best the pipe seems to go off when you try using it which is not ideal but other than it it is just as seen in the images
