Didn't think I had an option to hang pictures/art in my basement due the cement block walls but these worked perfectly. Also tried using them outside on brick and they didn't work there but that wasn't what I bought them for so I'm not upset about it.

Like these for hanging stuff on our plaster walls. Good for lightweight photos.

The reason for the reviews of this product that are negative, is that the user did not install these correctly! Here is how to avoid problems:First, use as large a hanger as you can. This spreads the load out across a bigger area of your wall. Next, drive the nails in by hitting them straight on, not at an angle. Keep the hanger completely stationary -- don't move it around or let it move around as you're hammering the nails in. Finally, drive the nails all the way into the wall so that they are flush. I used more than two dozen of them and they have all worked out perfectly.

Hooks are good except for the smallest model. Small model hook nails and hook not as good as the other hooks.Good variety of selection for different size projects

While theses are “easy to install” be cautious when hammering even a slight tap in the right spot will crack or shatter the hanger.

These are must haves if you need to hand items on block walls. I used these in my classroom with great success! Stick easily in block wall and hold a good deal of weight! Also easy to repair when you take down.

I have concrete walls and have used other products similar to these and these are absolutely horrible. The nail bends easily and the plastic breaks easily. Very poor quality.
