Much better than the commonplace IRF520 versions. The LR7843 triggers fine from 3.3V/5V sources, and the optocoupler is a bonus. Much lower voltage drop across the MOSFET in use, which means it stays cooler and delivers more power to the circuit. Turfing all of those cheap IRF520 ones now, in favour of these beasts!
