So far so good. Runs very quietly and is very easy to clean. I got this one because of warranty. A different brand of fountain died right after first month and just after Amazon return policy expired. Filters need to be replaced fairly often, but worth the cost for my cats ‘ health. Hopefully it will last.

I was a little wary about buying this pet water fountain at first because there were no reviews before I bought it. And I’ve never bought one before. But I figured for the price I paid during Prime Day, I couldn’t pass it up! I am very happy I made this purchase. I needed a fountain for my two cats because they’re always begging me to turn on my bathroom faucet to drink from that. My one cat didn’t care for the fountain at first but it is finally growing on her. After a couple weeks, they stopped begging me.Set up was easy. I can’t believe how quiet this thing is. You don’t even hear the filter running, just a very low sound of trickling water. It’s easy to tell when the water is getting low because the sound of trickling water gets louder. I keep a gallon of water nearby to easily refill the fountain. I do have to lift the top part off to see the MAX refill line inside the basin. So far I’ve only had to clean it once, which was very easy. And it comes with a little bristle tool to do so. You only have to clean it every two weeks. The instruction manual is very clear to read. I did switch out the power block that plugs into the wall because I think the one it came with (the black one) stuck out a little too far from the wall. So I used one of my square blocks instead. (See photo.) Even so, overall, I’m happy with this product.

This is my second order. I put the first one in our home somewhere and couldn't find it. The ones we had used however worked great and were easy to swap out for the old ones. A very good product.
