Love this case, bought for my Samsung T7 SSD External Drive it really feels a quality sturdy case, well inside a really nice fur feel indent to place the drive into is on one side & a net holder on the opposite side for cable. Love the colour of my case which also has a strap you can attach or not. Strong zip with good functionality with a metal pull make this case a joy to use. Highly recommend this case.

This Case is a perfect size for my Samsung T7 Shield SSD. Snug fit without being too tight and takes the 2 cables. Good quality and good protection. I had previously bought the Khanka Case but was slightly smaller, making it a tighter fit for the T7 Shield and 2 cables. So use this for my T5 SSD.

Needed something to store my Samsung T7 in to keep it protected and this is perfect.

Received the carrying case for Samsung T7 without the soft fluff interior. Which makes this product useless for the use with my T7 drive Update: Seller provided replacement case. New case is complete and as described. Overall rating updated accordingly.

Terrible, lowest value product made to the lowest standards, very surprising as the cost was far from cheap, terrible fitting so hard drive doesn’t go in to what can only be described as a rigid velvet covered depression, space inadequate for leads to be stored, far from being a protective case, I’d say it was a risk, very very disappointing, avoid!

Samsung solid state drives are tough, but not impervious to shock and other types of damage. Leaving the drive exposed can result in damage such as foreign objects getting into the USB C port, which are difficult to extract. If moist detritus gets in, it can eat away at the contacts and render the drive useless. Thus, the need for protection. The semi rigid padded case does its job, and the snug fitting removable insert for the Samsung SSD allows protection for larger drives as well. The net pocket neatly pockets the two USB C and A cables, keeping them with the drive and avoiding loss. And the larger footprint prevents loss of the smaller contents which can easily slip away into nooks and crannies. A little overpriced but does it's job well and prevents grief. Is better than insurance.

I picked up this Lacdo hard case for my Samsung T7 drives and it has worked exactly the way I hoped. The shell feels solid and does a good job protecting the SSD from bumps in a backpack or travel bag. Inside, the drive fits snugly in its slot and does not slide around, and there is a separate space for the USB cable so it is not rubbing directly against the SSD. The zipper feels smooth and the case opens wide enough that it is easy to get the drive in and out without forcing it. It is compact enough to toss into a tech pouch or laptop bag without taking much room, but still feels more secure than just carrying the SSD loose. If you travel with your T7 or move it between setups often, this is a very practical and inexpensive way to keep it protected and organized.
