I bought these last minute for a party we had - they are beautiful and arrived quickly. They did require assembly but that was pretty easy.

The chafing dishes are beautiful and easy to assemble, however, after assembling all four of them, within a matter of minutes the glass lid shattered. Thankfully, food had not yet been placed inside of them. Unfortunately, I do not recommend this product.

On our second use of this buffet set. One of the glass lids bursts into pieces and fell in the food.The reason seems to be there is no proper steam scape mechanism provided and once the food is hot steam couldnt escapte and caused a dangerous burst of lid. Please be careful.I am trying to reach the seller and amazon support center to get this resolve. Hope they take care of it, as we can use this anymore.

These buffet warmers added the elegant touch that I needed for my brunch and I'll be able to use them for many events. The assembly was easy and very straight forward. These keep food hot, which worked well for our purposes but you need to be careful about that. Highly recommend!

The only reason I gave this 2 stars is because once put together look really really nice! And ai hate I did not take a Picture before boxing them up and sending back but I had multiple things going on!! First thing is, they come with no instructions on how to assemble. They ended up being pretty easy to assemble but they could have at least provided instructions. Secondly, they were all assembled and just sitting to be stored. I was upstairs and my 18 year old son was downstairs in the kitchen. The chaffing dishes were just sitting in the living room. No one was down there in the living room at all. Out of nowhere, we heard what sounded like a loud gunshot. One of the lids cracked by itself and bursted. The handle was down in the pan where there was a huge hole in the lid and you can tell from the look of the lid, there was pressure because it was raised. I'm just glad it happened then and not the day of my event with food in them..I boxed them up and took them to the UPS Store to return. I will just order some that doesn't have glass tops from a different vendor.

Professional look , only one thing which bothers is assembling part. Other then that this product is really great 😊
