Only used for two days so far but I'm really pleased. Definitely works the abs and arms, the two areas I wanted to tone up. Easy to put together took ten minutes and stores away nicely. I do three reps of 25 of various ab and arm exercises and I can definitely feel my muscles aching so I'm happy 😊

Product arrived broken the supplied rower one of the clips that attach the bungees to the handles this is not for men this is purely aimed at women or young adult all the pictures on the box are of women using this exerciser this is a giveaway the rollers on the back are extremely uncomfortable and hurt when doing sit ups I would not recommend this product

GREAT VALUE AND GREAT PRODUCT

This is a good product, especially for the price, it is versatile and easy to re-configure for different exercises. In addition it does not take up much space both whilst in use and for storage. It has been a useful addition to my home gym.
