These bifocal glasses work very well. I can read the cycle computer with them on a see normally when I look on. Comfortable and functional. My wife bought me a clear pair that came with a case these did not. Which is why I gave them a 4.

I use these so I can see the bike computer, and see forward and keep the junk out of my eyes. Dark lenses for sunny rides. If the bifocal part had been 2mm bigger/higher and/or the frame had been 2mm wider (like the clear version (different brand) have, I might have been tempted to give it 5 stars.

Light and easy to wear.

Protection and visual aid in one. I use these when cutting slabs bricks and blocks, I can read millimetres on a tape, cut accurately and protect my eyesight all without glare. Perfect.

Very good sunglasses if, like me, you uave a reading glasses prescription. The bifocalmpart is not noticeable from the outside, bit I can now read my phone and watch when outside in the sun.

Very pleased with these glasses

I first purchased Volt-x several years ago, after having a recomemndation on a Motorcycling forum.I was starting to struggle to see the GPS screen when I was off road riding, and needed to stop and put on glasses at times, which was less than wonderful. I already wore a similiar pair of safety glasses for riding, and the bifocal lens transformed things!I have since been using VoltX arround the farm for day to day tasks where safety glasses are a must.The only downside would be no antiscratch lens protection, but then that would probably double the price!

As sunnier days were coming I decided to look around for a replacement pair of bifocal sunglasses and this pair seemed to fit the bill!!As I run three or four times a week, I need to be able to see my watch and smartphone for the latest information. Wearing varifocals is just not practical while running I find! Also, I need the advantage of sunglasses as I always seem to be turning the corner into the sun, lol, which can catch one out if not prepared! I need reading glasses these days so this choice of bifocal at the bottom of a tinted lense works just great for me. I chose a magnification that was just a bit more than what I have for my normal readers, as I figured my glances at the watch wouldn't be a struggle if the digital numbers were larger. The glasses fit my head(which is of a larger size, lol) to a point where they don't slide around while in action mode. Just what most sporty types would require! The adjustable strap is very useful and a welcome extra, as when the glasses are not required for a short amount of time, they can be removed from the face to hang on ones chest. The storage case is good quality, being hard outside to give some protection against crushing, whilst the inner is soft so as not to damage the lenses. All in all, I would recommend this product to anyone who is looking for the advantage of having readers,sunglasses and sport design all in one unit at a very reasonable price.I hope this review helps some of you, who, like me, have never heard of this combination before and didn't know there was something like this on the market!All the best,Robin
