Why did you pick this product vs others?:I have had this for a year or so now. It has stood up well.

I think this will be a win with my oldest grandson who is 12!

Boys… Fellas… Men… If you’re like me, and doubted resistance bands… you’re in for a surprise. I can clean curl 40lb dumbbells about 15 times before I need to start throwing them up… With that, if you curl all 3 bands with the bar, you’ll hit failure. I do sets of 50. I’ll do it about 4-5 times and my arms are on fire. So many variations you can run with. Buy it, try it!!

Love this item for exercise. Used additional exercise cards for maximum usage. Block for push-ups etc was ok, wish it was more stable for cross function (such as heel lifts).

My package was delivered extremely fast. The product does exactly what it is advertised as doing. I normally don’t write reviews but I felt I had to leave a review because I am extremely satisfied. I’m not a big gym guy and this allowed me to get a good workout from the comfort of my own home. I am going to recommend this product to all my friends and family. Well done with this product hopefully this company releases more products

CONS: Had to spend another 20 bucks on new attachment clasps after the first week. The clasp that came with them started breaking causing the bands to slingshot. Even with all three bands not much resistance with some workoutsPROS: Once the clasps were replaced. It works great for what I bought it for, I use as cheap quick workout station, travel and office workouts. Folds up nice and easy to use. Great for squat, push-up, overheard tricep and shoulder press.For the price.. it is what it is!

This product does not seem very durable for adult use. My 12 year old son uses it and the board itself seems to be pretty flimsy. If you are using it only for push ups I think it would be fine, but for squats or adding the bar and bands to exercises, it does not really do the trick

The media could not be loaded. I love the fact I don’t have to be shun rat or feel uncomfortable going to a gym. It’s family friendly with great results. I get to spend time with my son and get in shape at my own pace. Would highly recommend for people who don’t like or have time to go to a gym.
