Initially a bit firm but softens as you use it. Initial impreaaions are good. Chocolate colour is good and not very flashy.

Got an amazing deal. People were going to laugh when you bought Crocs anyway, so I went ahead and also purchased the ridiculous color as well. Cyber yellow 😎 They are my rainy days shoes. Easy to clean and very comfy.They are too roomy and big, so buy 1 or 2 sizes lower than your usual.

It get shrinked after 1 year, poor quality
I have with pair of crocs which I got from Amazon in November 2023. They were the correct size (5,7) when I received, they shrinked in sep 2024 and no longer fit properly. Crocs were not exposed to direct sunlight even, so it’s little disappointing. I have always been a fan of Crocs and never experienced this issue before. I would appreciate your help in resolving this issue either with replacement or what steps I can take! Here are the attached photos of the shrunk crocs.
