There is nothing worse than having great music echo around the room because the acoustics aren't projecting in the right direction.This stand keeps my Bose portable speaker off the surface and pointed in the direction of the larger space, thus allowing more sound to project correctly than bouncing off surfaces, ceilings, shelves, wherever it is laying down at.

Modify To Work With Sleeve
Mine came with one of the side pieces broken off. I saw that some folks were stating that they can’t use this with the silicone sleeve. Snap off both vertical pieces, and all is well.
