Great summer fun!
I've gambled with some products I've never tried before and this one was a win. The battery life is this products best feature. We spent close to an hour refilling the tanks 5+ times and these things are still going strong. In terms of power, at close range the shots even sting a little. The cartridges are built well and all the mechanics seem durable. Only one negative is the difficulty of getting the battery in its compartment. There is just enough room and you have to get the wire and connecter just right to seal the chamber.

Great for harassing intrudiing squirrels!
The battery life is amazing, but it's quite hard to fit the battery into its water-resistant housing. The pistol leaks a few drops of water from the muzzle after every shot, but otherwise stays dry. This is by far the most effective tool I could ever bring myself use to discourage squirrels from poaching the seeds I leave for wild birds to eat. It's fun to use.

The reservoir leaks
The larger water reservoir (on the one I received at least) leaks badly. I was super happy to find it leaked all over my solid oak furniture. Waste of money…even if it was a Prime Day deal.

Loads of fun.
They work as advertised, and are loads of fun. The only reason I left a 4 star, was they 2 water guns, only came with 1 spare battery, why not 2 spare batteries for 2 guns? Otherwise this would be a 5 star rating.Easy to put together, and charge the batteries. The range is as advertised, and that's awsome.

Good old-fashioned customer service
They are a really good company. They stand behind their product. We had an issue and they were all over it and the follow up was amazing… today it’s hard to find companies that actually care about their product and want to make it right.
