Electric start
I’m so happy with this purchase, the electric start is great. Remember this is a foreign built engine in the shaft is millimeter 20 mm to be exact so you’re American pulley will not fit on it. I tried like hell to get a 20 mm police shaft from Amazon to no success. I did shave the shaft down all the way around it didn’t dimensions the shaft. And all is well the electric start engine was the same price as most of the other engines.

its ok, but quality control needs work. i had to repair it before it would run (coil shorted)
works great the only issue was the coil kill switch wire was pinched and shorted out , causing it to not have spark. good thing i am a mechanic, cause that kind of quality control will cause returns from careless assembly

Surprisingly Impressed
I was skeptical. After an ordeal with getting it delivered by FedEx, it arrived undamaged. I added some oil and fuel, and it started on the first pull.

junk and shaft size is not correct
Junk quality, shaft is too big compared to a real honda gx160, do not buy this. motor running sounds like its going to fall apart

Woodsplitter motor
Ran perfect works better than my old bs 8hp motor and it’s electric start.

The picture is not accurate, but it is OK otherwise.
This engine showed up quickly, in mint condition, and started on the second pull after being primed and oiled. It is the old style with the single valve cover bolt and the fuel pump on the crankcase cover, plus the castings are rather crude looking.I've seen at least two examples of the new style engines that leaked fuel from the injector pump into the crankcase, so I think I'll settle for this impostor, as it might turn out to be a diamond in the rough. This is a fully functional diesel engine for about the same price as a gas one, so whether you got a leaky injector pump or your valve cover rattles loose every so often, you will probably get over it, lol.

I’m tickled pink
For the money it’s great, hopefully it’ll last. Time will tell
