NYX PROFESSIONAL MAKEUP Precision Eyebrow Pencil, Taupe

I was using Anastasia Brow Wiz, but the price for a product that lasts 3 weeks (daily use) at most - yikes! So I decided to give the NYX Brow Pencil a try. I like the slanted shape of the color stick itself, makes application easier and more natural-looking. The color I ordered is taupe (hard to find, thank you NYX). It is a decent taupe, not reddish, which was a concern of mine. Especially for the low price, this brow pencil is excellent. It applies pretty smoothly, certainly as smoothly as any brow pencil I've tried. As for coverage, the same - no better or worse than any of the brow pencils I've tried. I always use cheap, clear mascara to set my brows after I apply pencil. Like all the brow products I've used, this one does tend to darken after some hours, but not markedly so. I love Anastasia Brow Pomade in taupe, but it is a process to apply and it darkens a lot after a while. It does, however last for months. I can't see the NYX brow pencil lasting for a very long time, but at such a low price, I definitely recommend this product. ***Update: I am impressed. I use this product 4 times/week and there is plenty left almost 3 months after purchase! Upgrade from 4 stars to 5!

Love this and have been using for years. I have barely any eyebrow hair and it's also always hard to find a color that matches your hue. Taupe is great. They're almost always sold out of that color at Ulta. I've tried Benefit's eyebrow pencil, and these are better - the rectangular shape makes it easy to outline and/or draw a slim tail, and if you turn it sideways, gives a broad stroke to help fill in. My only complaint is that you need to be careful how much pencil you push out, because it can break off. But once you get the hang of it you won't be turning back!

This pencil is so nice. I love the color, love how it goes on so easy. It has a long staying power. It just applies so smoothly. And the value of it just can’t be beat. Wonderful product & would buy again.

This is a good pencil and color. The tip is not pointed but more flat. Took some getting used to since I normally use Dior Universal (very fine and pointed). I would like it better if it were thinner. However, it is a good overall value. No regrets and if you like a thick brow look. It is perfect! UPDATE: I still love the pencil when I’m good condition. However, I bought 2 pencils. The first one I opened the pencil color was broken and I had to be careful not to lose it during each use. I thought this was a fluke so I didn’t report it. Today I opened the 2nd pencil and it has no pencil color in the pen! Not sure it’s a brand or seller issue. Never had an issue with any I bought from Ulta.

I have used this product for a long time & really like it. It goes on easily and stays on well.

Taupe is a nice neutral shade that works for a lot of people. I discovered this line and the quality is great for the prices charged. It all started with a $5 mascara and made me want to try other products. Makeup is so over-priced!

This eyebrow pencil comes in an attractive, sleek case and goes on nicely -- as expected -- but it has ZERO lasting power. It looks great when I put it on in the morning, but by noon, I look browless. I don't know if it is just my skin or what. I would not purchase it again for this reason. Update -- this pencil lasted only five weeks! I would expect more longevity in a product like this.

I’ve been using this for years. I do go through them quickly because they’re so micro. I’ve recently started buying the broader tipped one to fill in and the micro one for touch ups. They both come in the color taupe and match well with my blonde hair.

I’ve been using this eyebrow pencil for years - it’s my go to and I absolutely love it! Smooth application, great colour and lasts all day.

Good product Easy to use and love the brush

Adepte de ce crayon à sourcils depuis des années ma seule crainte était en lien avec le transport car la mine est "fragile". Produit en parfait état. Scellé avec l'emballage d'origine. Pour l'utilisation de celui-ci, n'oubliez pas que la mine est fragile de ce fait il faut sortir la mine légèrement (comme sur la photo) du stylo.

Like that you have a brush end and a pencil end and that you do not need to use a sharpener the pencil is telescopic and angular it gives a really good shape to your brows I also Liked the colour as some blonde pencils can look a bit orange this looks more natural would buy again

Its nice, but very pigmented. I suggest to people who love darker eyebrows, or get lighter colour.
