I have purchase multiple machines b4 as Dyson is expensive and out of my budget and all were bad, in the end I decide to invest in Dyson i bought this and I regret all my previous purchases so far it's the best ever,don't waste your money with any other brand

I deeply regret buying a Dyson vacuum, even I had an older model before and that one worked perfectly until constructors workers broke it.This new vacuum, after 15 days of buying it, and less days using it for a lighter use in a normal home , start falling into pieces.The Motörhead velvet removed by itself and I got in touch with Dyson warranty with the unpleasant surprise that they do not consider it FAULTY MATERIAL.“ A Dyson guarantee covers the repair or replacement (at Dyson's discretion) of your Dyson machine if it is found to be defective due to faulty materials or workmanship within the guarantee period.”I warn responsable users who love long lasting items and good quality to stay away for Dyson

Excellent vacuum but I found it a little fragile. Be careful when cleaning and you should be fine.

I got Dyson gen5 April 2024 and after 4 months parts are started to break and fall apart, the 2 wheels on the side of the head that will help to rotate are already broken and cannot be fix. I tried to apply warranty on the day I ordered it but its not available.

Works great but only 4 stars because of the ridiculous price. C'mon Dyson, it's just a plastic vacuum.…3 month in use now and in have to reduce my rating from 4 to 2 stars. All the plastic parts are dissembling itself and some of the attachment are not working anymore. Yes, it’s being used daily but the current condition of the vacuum reflects its poor quality. Too many delicate plastic pieces just don’t make sense on a vacuum. I would not recommend at all.

Within a year part of the Dyson has broken, when I go directly to Dyson I am told that this is a Chinese spec vacuum and so the warranty is no good. Not Happy.
