It's pretty impossible to review the efficacy of these supplements, but they are pleasant enough to take, being small sized with a fairly inert flavour. The impression I get from the container and labelling is of a fairly good quality product.The security seal under the cap is firm and slightly oversized so in my instance it caught on the cap and apparently partially unsealed itself when I first open the container. This doesn't bother me massively but I think a better seal would inspire a bit more confidence in the quality and safety of the product.For something I'm consuming from a fairly new and unknown company like this it would be nice to have some sort of documented testing or guarantee of quality, but I'd say in lieu of that these appear about as good as I would hope from a small company based out of a residential property, with no about us details on their website and a mobile phone number for contact.

I suggest any man do some research on how broccoli will help them as they get older.Broccoli is full of folate. There is so much research, especially from Spain that suggests that taking such supplements will help ageing men.Broccoli is also packed with other nutrients such as magnesium.I could write a substantial treatise on why men over 35 should take I have been in the supplement. This supplement works and it is very good. You will feel a difference almost immediately. I am happy to recommend this effective product.keep going and going about the benefits of taking a broccoli-based supplement, but please do your own research. The question is does this product work? The simple answer appears to be yes it does. The first effect a lot of people get when taking a broccoli supplement is that it will give you gas and in some cases an upset stomach. Whilst the side effects from this tablet were not too strong, I certainly had more gas than usual. You can also feel an increased libido. This does not happen right away, but over a week you will feel different. Once it is in the body and you maintain the levels of this supplement, you maintain that feeling. So to cut a long story short, yes it works and yes I would recommend this product for a male of 35+.

Unfortunately doesn’t agree with me. I have an allergy to salicylates and was under the impression this would be ok, but unfortunately it’s wasn’t.

The bottle wasn't very well sealed unfortunately, the seal was stuck in the lid. However there was cellophane around the bottle top so I figure it couldn't be tampered with easily. I do wish they'd make sure the seal on top of the bottle actually sealed though. Good 2025 expiry date on the bottle.Anyway there are 120 small capsules in here, easy to swallow and left no aftertaste. I've had Sulforaphane before and it tends to make me a little gassy for a couple of days but then settles down. It's an excellent and underrated supplement and one worth taking. Broccoli is full of amazing nutrients but hard to eat a lot of that particular vegetable even if you enjoy it.At 1 a day these will last you 4 months so are good value for money and I will purchase these again when I have finished this bottle.
