Good performance but battery goes down in 4hrs.
Good quality, Good speed. Easy to handle portable. Battery backup only 4hrs. I bought this in Nov2023 and now battery stopped working. Now let's check whether I get help in Warranty period

If you are purchasing it around 25-26K it is value for money.Good Points: Big Display, Good Body, no over heating issue, good performance.Bad points: Battery backup is very low, No MSOFFICE pre-installed you have to purchase it, customer support is not upto the mark.Good for students who have uninterrupted power supply as the Battery backup is not as good as it should be.As per the price range mentioned it is value for money.

Please do not buy acer product
Don't buy this acer laptop, it worked only one year after that it will not work, it will get issues like speaker issue and after that the motherboard will stop working.when I bought this laptop after 12 month it get some speaker problem, the service man fixed it and after when 1 year completed its motherboard stop working and talked with service man he told me it is out of warranty, my personal opinion is to not by any acer laptop. It is in your hand have to by or not

The product has a good finish and strong body, the charging happens quite fast and there is no heating problem.Some of the cons areMicrosoft package is not included which is a big let downAcer team gives you backup of windows 11 in a CD, don't know why when there is no CD slot on their laptop itselfKeyboard is too stiff
