This Passion Fruit Powder tastes great and dissolves easily -- I use it to flavor my kombucha.

Great flavor and is very good for cooking, especially when you can't get fresh passion fruit. My local markets don't carry fresh passion fruit, so this makes life easier when I make a Passion Fruit Sponge Cake with Passion Fruit Mousse and Buttercream Frosting. My only gripe is I need to use the whole package and a little from a second package to get enough flavor. Otherwise this is great to have in the pantry arsenal.

Horrible tasting product and I’ve ordered a few passionfruit powder and this one was the worst!! do not order it you’ll regret it fully!

I wanted to use the powder in drinks, but find it doesn't dissolve well in room temperature liquids. I'm guessing cold liquids would be worse. I love passion fruit and wanted to make non-alcoholic drinks with it. I haven't tried yet, but will probably try dissolving it in very hot liquid and make into a syrup that I can use instead. I like that it has no additives and preservatives.
