Accurate and fast and convenient. Works great not only for measuring body temperature, but also for foods, surfaces like doors and building surfaces if you are looking for hot spots or areas that lack insulation. Our grandchild wasn’t feeling well and squirming around, but this thermometer was able to take her temperature quickly every time with no fussing and with one hand. Display is very easy to read even without our reading glasses.

This brand is trustworthy. It feels great in the hand, indicating good quality. It's very easy to operate; it accurately measures body temperature without contact.

Stopped working within 2 weeks of use, only displays ERR now. Wasn't accurate to begin with anyway. Not worth buying.

It's easy to use (for most people) and the color code helps. Measuring forehead temperature can be affected by the environment. It'll be inaccurate if the distance is wrong or the forehead/body was just exposed to outdoor cold/warm temperature. Make sure to stay in a temperature stable/comfortable indoor environment at least for a while before the measurement. It may not be convenient for seniors to check temperature for themselves. The no touch part is actually challenging as they may have trouble positioning/holding it steady in front of the forehead for just a few seconds. An in-ear thermometer would be easier to guide (rest in the ear) for them and reading will almost always be accurate (unlikely affected by environment). Have to say it's more fun to use it (for me) than an in-ear thermometer and it adds versatility with the capability of measuring water/liquid temperature.

I bought another brand before,we used for a while,but after a short time,it often freezes and responds slowly. Dates can be big different in few minutes,it seems not correct any more. So we bought this,it's a good brank ,it works well and very smart.

The build quality isn’t the problem, it’s the inaccuracy. I tried using this on my toddler, and it gave me five different readings each time. For accuracy, I’d stick to a regular thermometer. I’m not sure if this is more reliable for cooking, but in my case, every degree matters.
