Like the product for the work it does. I appreciate the neighbours who can manufacture such useful cordless tools that indigenous folks cannot or are not cheap and durable. It did chop the branches. I used it to prune bougainvillea plant and the battery did not run out. Although I did not use continuously for more than 10 mins total but the fact that an additional battery is present serves the purpose of unhalted work

the saw I purchased is not working after two minutes later I recharged the battery and tried to cut some wood not working. Immediately I returned whole unit. thanks to amazon after returning process is over immediately amount is refunded. hence my sincere advice is don't go for this saw

Very useful for basic branch/small plant cutting and gardening other related things. Not usable for v heavy duty materials but very very good for personal use. Will update more after a few months of usage

I dropped the saw from 3rd floor all the way to the concrete road , the battery below broke and the saw machine was intact, used the spare battery and worked as if nothing happened… Great product

Chain is worn out after cutting 2-3 small tree branch of 2-3 inches size. Cannot use with hardwood trees. If use force, chain become loosened. Don't know whether replacement chain is available
