Poor Reliability and poorer customer service
I did a lot of research before purchasing this device, overall reviews on performance were good. Unfortunately reliability has been the issue. The computer stopped charging a about 3 months after purchase, using another charger also did not work. After not being able to use this computer fir 2 days it suddenly started to charge again. I contacted the seller but no reply. The same thing happened again a few weeks ago. The reliability is poor and I’m afraid the sellthas not responded to the second email sent. I am purchasing a Microsoft Surface Go instead and have now escalated this with Amazon. Very poor customer service, that’s what you get buying a product direct from Chinese sellers.
