Very nice venayor model
This venator is sick. Huge lego fan. Maybe one day I can afford 600 dollars for legos. This gives the large size and looks really good. The standard ducks though do I used a little wooden thing from am incense kit. Too easy.

Sturdy model
I got this for a family member, and they were very happy with it. It goes together pretty easily, and has clear instructions. It's very sturdy as an assembled piece, and is a nice item for display.

A lot of fun but requires some patiance and dexterity.
Given the price this model is really good value and quite fun to put together! However it is possible to get some either misprinted or mis-cut pieces and you don't get any spares, so if something gets damaged or doesn't fit properly you're only choice is to try and make it work. The instructs can also be a little obtuse at times regarding the correct orientation of pieces and there really is just one way everything fits together so this can lead to some frustration. Overall though, it's a great display model once put together!

Excellent, fun kit to build with decent detail.
My 12-year-old son and i worked on this kit. It is challenging in a fun way. It's actually quite big and has some great details. We hung it up and it looks amazing. it looks better than the Lego version and it's 20x cheaper in price. We built the Star Destroyer, and it turned out awesome. We are excited to try another kit soon.

Bigger and Higher Quality than I Expected
I'd previously purchased the 4D Build model for R2-D2 and was very impressed with the finished results, so I wanted to give this one a try too. I had a lot of fun putting this together and couldn't be happier with the finished model. This thing is BIG...over two feet long...and it has very good detail. It's light enough to easily hang it from the ceiling. I thought that the assembly process of this model was a bit easier and faster than the R2-D2 one despite the larger number of parts (fewer curves simplify assembly). There are a few things worth noting. I did come across 3 or 4 steps where it seemed like either the instructions were ambiguous or one of the pieces had incorrectly sized tabs or holes. Think carefully about the assembly process as you go to avoid problems. They provide a cardboard tool to punch out the slot holes on all the pieces...it is too flimsy and will eventually become unusable. You will want to have some other plastic or metal tool to use instead. I used a set of metal tweezers, and I've seen others mention that a paperclip works well. They provide a small tube of glue to secure pieces though I didn't find it to be strictly necessary to get a good result. The model will hold together reasonably well without it. I would not recommend gluing anything until you've finished an assembly in case you realize a piece needs to be repositioned. I actually held off on extensive gluing until the entire model was complete.
