What I Needed It For: I bought this as an all-over makeup remover, but specifically to deal with waterproof mascara. I also tend to stick with e.l.f. products, as they’ve worked well for me in the past. What I Liked: * It’s very easy and quick to use * Removes waterproof mascara with no issues at all * Gentle on the skin/eyes, I’ve had no irritation problems * Works well as part of a simple, no-fuss routine What Didn’t Work as Well: It does leave a slight oily residue, so I always follow up with a face wash. This isn’t a problem for me, but it’s worth knowing. How It Compares: Compared to other makeup removers I’ve tried, this one is just reliable, it does exactly what it claims without causing irritation or needing lots of rubbing. Final Thoughts: I’ve bought this multiple times already and will continue to do so. I see no reason to switch to any other brand. A great option if you need something effective, gentle, and especially good at removing waterproof mascara.

This ELF makeup remover is literally the best remover I have ever used. I also have the most sensitive skin and this does not make my skin dry or oily, does not give me any rashes. I love it. You do not have to use much for it to work. It is so soft on your skin and smells lovely. The cleanser quality is fantastic. The bottle size is brilliant for the price you pay. It really does do what is says on the bottle, I do not have to re-swipe to take my makeup off, one use and its gone. It is a great price for the size.

It’s okay, it isn’t as effective as some others. I used to use cerve face wash and it got off any and all mascara with rubbing - with this I feel you need to soak the pads on your eyes for a 20 seconds before wiping! But for the price it’s handy to have. I have sensitive skin and it didn’t break me out.

I have some really great mascara which is unfortunately very difficult to remove. This make up remover takes this mascara off so easily - it just melts it away. I have extremely sensitive skin and I have had no problems at all using this. Great product!

My new go to makeup remover! Love this product, I use it every night to remove my makeup and it lasts ages. The container is a good size and it's easy to use. I like it because unlike some makeup removers, it doesn't feel heavy on my skin while still removing all my makeup effortlessly. My skin feels really nice afterwards and nothing smalls fake or chemically like some other brands

Unless you use cheap and soft make up you can get it but if you lipstick it’s strong and good like mine this dosent work at all. Not worthy

It's gentle but so gentle is doesn't work that well. I use mascara but it's not waterproof. This make up remover doesn't remove much. The up side is it's not irritating my skin which is sensitive. Overall, I'm always pleased with Elf but this isn't as good as I'd hoped.

This is hands down one of my favorite makeup removers, and it’s a repeat purchase for me. The non-greasy liquid formula removes even stubborn and waterproof makeup effortlessly, without harsh rubbing or tugging. My skin feels clean, not oily or tight, which is a huge plus. I love how gentle it is , it works perfectly around the eyes and lips and is safe for sensitive skin. It never leaves my eyes watery. On top of that, I appreciate that the product is very affordable, making them easy to keep in my daily routine. This remover does exactly what it promises, and I’ll definitely continue repurchasing it. Highly recommend!

This makeup remover is excellent takes makeup off super easily and does not leave your skin feeling greasy oily or tacky at all just really clean and feels like it pulls all of the makeup out of your pores I swear it’s making my skin look better by the day I’ve already ordered another bottle to make sure I have it on deck and don’t run out.
