Crispy and Tasty
I have used Panko Bread Crumbs for years. I decided to try the Gluten free Panko and it seems crisper. Both are great on chicken, fish and cheese sticks. When i make mashed potatoes i use the left overs to make potato pan cakes, so delicious.Use your imagination you would be surprised. Thank you for this delicious product. Have a nice day

Very crispy for chicken
This works really well for friend chicken. It stayed on, and was very crispy. I dipped my chicken in rice flour first. Then egg wash. Then these gluten free panko crumbs. I like how crispy it came out. I will use it again. It is also a good deal and not as expensive as other choices.

Best gluten free bread crumbs! Love them! Works great on chicken parm! Even in meatballs!

Great for gluten-free
I definitely prefer the regular Peko, but my daughter has celiac so we are having to adjust. This works just fine, the taste is fairly neutral.

Panko is good stuff
Panko is so useful for any kind of breading or topping you choose to make. Good price, fast ship. Would recommend.

Great as a gluten free crunchy topping!
I was really missing crispy fried foods when I learned I feel better without gluten in my diet. Almond flour never really got super crunchy. I was so glad to find this! I use it for fried chicken tenders or pork cutlets. Perfect crisp and no digestive trouble afterward!

This gluten free version is okay... but not fabulous.
I wanted to try "breading" some chicken in the air fryer...and it had to be gluten free, so I tried this. It worked... sort of okay, but the size of the breading "beads" was too big. I tried smashing them with a rolling pin but that didn't work very well. Not sure I would buy them again, although I suppose in a pinch its better than nothing. They are not like the regular panko... the Gluten Free version is "beady" if that makes sense.

Idk it’s gluten free… it’s insanely crunchy
While it browns a little slower than traditional panko and is a bit more expensive, it is crunchier than any bread crumb you will use. Its flavor is mild making it very versatile. I’m even considering it as a filler for gluten free pie crust, mixing it with gluten free shortbread cookies, butter, sugar and cream for moisture.
