Internal connector broke.
Awesome case at first. Accidentally dropped my phone and it quit working. It wouldn't charge with the battery case nor by using a cable. I opened the case as per instructions and saw that the lightning port/connector was broken off. Seems a very flimsy design as only the ribbon cable and two spots on the side of port hold it in place. I can see why you have to remove the phone exactly as the instructions tell you, which I did, because it warns you that you WILL break it if you don't. But just by dropping it on that part of the case broke the connector. I can't attach a picture because it won't accept the format it's in.

If you’re looking for something to get the job done.
This product is good for the price, but it only lets me charge my phone one and a half times if my battery dies. When you are charging it, this product does get hot. When you stick the charger into your phone, you have to be very careful because it is flimsy. It will break easy. But for the price it gets the job done.
