DJI Osmo Action Hanging Neck Mount, Compatible with Osmo Nano, Osmo Action, DJI Action 2, Osmo Action 3, Osmo Action 4, Osmo Action 5 Pro, Osmo Action 6

It’s a neck mount, the clip is very secure and it does exactly what it should. No complaints, the neck piece is adjustable to different angles and there’s plenty of room within the neck loop. Use it for my action 5 pro all the time and would recommend it. It’s sturdy and will last, just be careful when closing the neck loop that you line up the teeth right. Otherwise, perfect.

Tested this out at the dog park before my trip to Bali later this year. I’m not sure if it’s the mount, the Action 5 Pro, or a combination of both but the video turned out great. I walk kind of awkward so wanted to see how much movement I would get whilst walking and can’t get even tell I’m walking. It almost seems like it’s floating. The neck piece could be a bit bigger for those of us with bigger necks but that doesn’t have anything to do with the performance. I will try it upside down next time as it’s right next to my mouth when having it upright. Sounds like I’m climbing a mountain with how loud the breathing sounds that close to my mouth.

The media could not be loaded. It was very. Easy to put on. Cant wait to take it in the field. Neck piece only comes with the screw and not the magnetic adapter. That should come with your device. The neck part is also very furl and can be bent and manipulated to fit your neck . If you flip the action for upside down you will get the camera a little lower so it not so tight on your neck. The video will adjust the orientation in camera when you go to upload it anyway.

The media could not be loaded. Well I was looking forward to it until I pressed the release button couple times to test it out then it fell apart. It is very surprising that a simple spring inside of it is the only thing making it work. I assumed being a name brand and price the neckwear would have all been made better. I was only needing to record my son’s daily activities when we are out. I’m 5’11 felt good around the neck I wish it was about an inch lower in my opinion. other than the internal parts at the base of this it’s made well easy to bend etc. as you can see in the images i was able to succeed in putting it back together but the cover would not hold. I’m going to choose another brand because the exchange maybe the same.

This mount fits the Osmo Action 5 perfectly and gives a solid, stable point of view that’s great for capturing hands-free footage. It sits higher on the chest than I expected, which actually results in a better viewing angle. That said, after using it during a video shoot, I definitely felt the camera heat against my chest, which became uncomfortable over time. It’s a great solution for short shoots or specific moments, but I wouldn’t recommend it for all-day use. Still, it does exactly what it’s meant to do.

All the other off brands missed something that DJI did NOT. The off brands are much larger and the camera sits low like below the chest. I would have to reshape the collar and pull the sides outwards on other brands to make it smaller so the camera would sit taller. The only thing I wish this has is the straps like the off brands that keep it glued to your chest. However...! I just took the double ended velcro stap that came with the off brand ones and used it on this and it works perfect. See my pics. Amazon has those straps for sale by themselves.

Actually, pretty comfortable. stays in place perfectly with small cam, but even a pocket 3 mounts without too much wobble. easy to mount the cam and click into place around your neck. Added great POV shots to my content. If you have a beard, it will block a smaller cam, only a dji pocket or a cam on a stalk will clear the beard. I didn't think it worked great for high action like running or mountain bikes, more of a standing or walking accessory.
