Works better than I thought it would. I used it to remove old mastic between the tile and concrete around my pool. Worked like a charm

Received item but did not know how to use or change the blade. No instructions included with item. Tried to remove the grout and it worked for a minute but did not continue to work after that. I thought one had to go one way with the blade instead of up and down like sawing, but seems like it worked best just going one way the best. Needs to have instructions as to how to use. I tried both ways and got no good results as i was wanting to change the blade and i could not get the blade off.

Good quality Steel and a great handle that won't give you blisters! I've been using this to remove caulking from deck seams on an old Chris-Craft. Very good value. The item that is advertised should report the width however, I measured 6mm (02")

It leaves black mark on tiles.

I needed a tool to remove failed grout in my shower. This saw provides a thin 1/32nd" approximately wide saw blade which allowed for grout removal without damage to the tile top surface. I removed the damaged grout below the tile surface with this tool and used a carbide triangular removal tool to finish the job. This saw removed the under-surface grout line but may not fully remove the blended top layer of grout between tiles. Again, this tool is intended to do the grout line only and it does a great job of its intended purpose.

Did an amazing job of separating the grout from the damaged tiles. Highly recommend this product and will buy it again if the need arises. It worked as it was supposed to. Had a good sturdy grip and angle for it to work effectively.
