Q: What reprap m305 parameters should be used for this thermistor?

I simply used this as a plug-in replacement on my Prusa MK3s. I do not know the g-code call out. I hope that helps

Q: Does this come with (black/red) extention cable or just the pictured cartridge

This did come with a cable and connector. I don't remember if it was black/red, or just all black. For my application I was directly soldering it into my Prusa, so I didn't actually use the cable.
