I will say, the finger smashing reviews are pretty spot on, especially for the very bottom step when closing. Overall though I like this ladder for general house work like going in the attic, removing crown molding or changing lights.I purchased it to work in a stair case and seems to do the job well. For the price I'll give it 5 stars. It is a little shaky but not bad, im 250lbs 6ft.

There it is fully collapsed. Didn't take any pics of it outside my RV Van yet, but used it. Wow, nice. I needed it, had no reasonable way to get up on top. Wish I had it when I replaced my roof vent! Had to crawl from the front all the way up on top! (with a bucket of tools and stuff 🤣)

This works as described... if it gets too tall it's risky trying to slide the steps back down. I'm short.. 5'4" but I can manage OK. It's just a little bulky but I like how the strap keeps them together. easier to carry when you put your and under all of the rungs and carry it by your side.

It takes a bit of practice to get it to collapse correctly, but now I am very pleased with it. Extremely easy to store and carry to where it's needed. If you don't raise it at least halfway the first step is quite large because of the steps that are still collapsed. So, don't buy the longest one unless you need to be using most of its length.

bottom support screws, fell out. found in bottom of box.caused by the holes drilled in the bottom, were to big. a manufacturing problem.You can see by the pick both screws are missingi wonder if the other to screws holding the black support, will also fall out ?not good.

Nice to have for my motorhome and stores nicely.

Love these ladders! Very handy and doesn't take up much space in my shed!
