I ordered these shocks not realizing that my vehicle didn’t have a lift. I don’t know much about this so I ordered but then called their customer service to make sure. The man on the line thoroughly explained to me why they would not work and didn’t make me feel like an idiot for my mistake. He was patient and tried to help me get the right parts I needed which happened to be sold out. After our call I put in a cancel order request thru Amazon as the order was just placed. For some reason it did not go thru and was shipped anyway and supreme suspensions was incredibly helpful with the return process and the best way to go about this. Although I wasn’t able to use their product I was very impressed with the way they handled this order and would not hesitate to place another.
