Need to change fairy frequently, or adheres to the wound. Always use with supplementary top dressing, tape in position all around dressing.

For thin skin
My skin is like paper I cannot use any normal plaster as removing it tears my skin. These are amazing and £5 each in a chemist. Absolute bargain from here.

Great for stopping wounds sticking to dressings
Having used this previously I like to keep this in my first aid kit. As someone with thin skin that tears easily it help wounds to heal as when changing dressings it stops any disturbance of the skin underneath
