This is the power supply for the Yealink T57W IP phone. Not sure why it didn't come with the phone but you need this to use the phone. It works perfectly.

Might be an electrical hazard, read the review before purchase.
Ok it worked, but I was surprised when it's powered by POE and then I plugged in the barrel end to the phone, and the light indicator on this power adapter lit up!!! Without it plugged into the wall!!!! That means it was energized from the phone!!!?!?!? No, no, no, that is not supposed to happen. Even if the phone allows that, the power adapter should stop this problem. Not cool. I highly recommend a Poe switch with autosensing to properly power these Yealink phones without the electrical hazard. This power adapter makes a little more sense when it is only used at a home office without any Poe at all, wifi for instance.
