Used this per recommendation from a friend after bowel resection surgery to get things more regulated. This helped with the bloating, queasy feeling and to get things more regulated and moving.

I’ve been taking this for a couple weeks now. I see that people mention it supports with brain fog but if anything I feel like I’ve developed brain fog. lol. It’s probably totally unrelated but on that point I don’t see any support with that personally. I also don’t see many other changes. I’m not sure if your gut healing is supposed to be totally obvious or something… I can only hopes it’s providing value. I’ve always slept pretty well and been “regular” so I can’t go off of that either. I’ll probably keep taking them for a while cause I know my gut needs the support and it’s clean ingredients. Big fan of this brand regardless though!

My BF is taking these he said they work great! at first they were a bit strong he had to take half the dose then upped it slowly until he was taking the full dose of pills.
