You need help. Get your bestie to help you. Apply to washed, fully dried and flat iron straightened hair. Use ceramic flat iron. get someone to do the hair at the back. Then apply this creme. leave for 40 mins. Then wash thouroughly and dry hair with blow drier. Then apply the xtenso neutraliser (separate hair lotion) to all hair and leave for 20 mins. then wash thouroughly and dry hair completely dry with blow drier. do not dent the hair in any way for 48 hrs. after which u wash the hair and dry as normal. My husband did it for me and its as perfect as i would get it done at the salon. P.s: choose cooler days to straighten ur hair so u dont have to tie it up or sweat. while sleeping gather hair above pillow towards the head board.

Worked well at first, now i have had breakage and two bald spots where my temples are, my hairline has been ruined.

The box arrived scrunched up and the bottle was not sealed. Also the product smell was very bad, it stank. I returned it immediately.

Ich benutze dieses Produkt schon mehrere Jahren (früher xtenso cera thermic, was es nicht mehr gibt ), zu hause. Nachdem ich es zuerst beim Frisör hatte und dort meine Haare sehr stark beschädigt wurden (teilweise totalschaden - an der Wurzel gebrochen /abgebrannt) , habe ich die Anleitung genau studiert, der Frisör hatte alles falsch gemacht. Man soll wirklich genau nach Anleitung machen , Zeiten beachten, den Knoten test machen, natürlich die Fixierung nicht vergessen. Vorher auch mit speziellen Shampoo die Haare waschen, das entfernt alle Pflegeproduktreste, damit die Haarstruktur richtig verändert wird mit der Glättungscreme. Wenn man es genau nach Anleitung benutzt, bekommt man ein tolles Ergebnis und schöne seidige Haare, die leicht zu kämmen sind. (ich benutze es noch nach Anleitung von dem cera thermic produkt, das heisst, das ich ein zwischen schritt mit glätteisen hinzufüge vor der Fixierung, um richtig glatte Haare mit stark reduziertem Volumen zu bekommen. Diesmal muss aber das bestellte Produkt zurück, da es in eine schon geöffnete Verpackung gekommen ist, das geht bei Hygieneartikel gar nicht, vor allem, wenn es drinnen schon länger auf ist, wer weiß wie es sich mit luftkontakt verändert, ob es noch wirkt oder eventuell stärker wird und das Haar beschädigt?

Be careful, I left it less than the time I should and it had negative effect on my hair I wonder if I left it longer!!
