Got this for my husband he says he feels like he worked out in a gym when he works out. He loves it. One of the bands has already broken, not happy with that.

I was surprised by the variety of exercises I was able to achieve with this equipment. The banded belt is a bit uncomfortable when trying to implement chest related exercises. It is expensive. For me it was worth the money since I use it a lot. However if it was 30-40$ cheaper it would’ve been a really solid buy considering that you can easily forget about it and just leave it behind. The setting up takes a bit of time to get used to. So that might influence users to stop using it

The bar and workout i have been looking for. Bar is built strong and sturdy, bands and straps are very strong. The workout is awesome, a lot of exercise's to do without using door straps, for some reason pulling band straps to a door worry me. My routine that i chose is really good and i feel it. My only complaint is the booklet that comes with it very small. Also could of been a better explanation of the exercise's, in stead of using what muscle it works maybe also gave us the area it worked, pic's are to small, but take a little time to put it all together, i would of paid a little more for a bigger booklet but overall a great workout and the price is awesome.

I purchased this set so I can work out and not have to buy expensive equipment that I do not have room for in my little house. Little did I know that the bands would be too strong for me. I will keep the set I purchased because I know my husband will use them. I will have to buy a lighter band set for myself. The system is clever and very versatile. I definitely see the value in this work out system.

Overall, I'm mostly satisfied with this product to keep me in decent shape while the pandemic makes the gym unsafe. It contains most of what I need to feel like I can get a full workout, and there's really no beating how little space/weight it occupies. But there are a few things I wish I'd known before purchasing: 1) the resistance classes don't range from light to heavy, they range from from featherlight to medium weight. I went with the brown bands, and most exercises I do still require me to stack as many bands as possible just to get decent resistance. I promise I'm not some hulk, but at 6 feet/220 lbs (before the gym closed lol) I was a bit underwhelmed. If you're looking for an actual heavy workout, expect to buy a few extra bands, which they luckily sell separately. This is especially true if you want to do squats or deadlifts. 2) the equipment seems very durable (the bar is really solid) but the bands do not last. After 3 months of using these to work out almost every day, they all snapped within the span of 1 week. I realize that, at around $11 each for replacement bands, replacing them every 3 months is still pretty cheap, but I still hate generating that much waste and wish the bands lasted longer. I contacted Innstar and beyond their initial response (when only one band had broken) they haven't responded. In summary: solid product with a lot of good components, but stock up on extra bands both to get to a heavy resistance class and to replace them as they break since they do appear to be designed to be a consumable item.

I use this all the time. I travel back and forth a lot so it makes it hard to work out constantly. This makes it easy and came with a storage bag. Was cheaper than anywhere else and does a great job. I would recommend getting the 200 pounds regardless if your not a professional. U can put it as low as 66 pounds. Wish it would go higher than 200. Guess I’m a professional once I’m there😂

I have had this since the 12th of August and have been very impressed right up until today when one of the bands snapped. I am out of the return window and hoping that Innstar will sort me out a replacement band for my brown 200 LBS kit. I have decided to buy another gray 270 LBS kit and give them the benefit of the doubt on this because as I mentioned I really like the workout it gives me! If Innstar could sort out these quality control issues and make the bands more robust I think they would have a game changer on their hands

As someone who has used weights to train for many years this product got me interested. I've tried bands before but never had enough resistance for them to be effective. This however was totally different. My first attempt I realised I had to remove some of the bands as I couldn't move it and I bench 120kg. The amount of different exercises you can do is fantastic. Also it really needs to be said this is a quality piece of kit, unlike other resistance band kits on the market. This really is worth the money. I'm very happy with it and can't recommend it enough.

Good product but arrived with missing parts. Innstar say amazon needs to sort that, and amazon say its for innstar to deal with! Innstar customer service rude and very unhelpful!

While equipment is designed excellently and provides good resistance for muscle building, Only few things, 1. if you can add more than 3 slots in bench press equipment, in case if people want to buy more bands and systematically increase the resistance. 2. Also in workout guide it would more preferable to have muscle specific exercise, for example one page for chest, another for shoulders, currently it is written in context of your equipments how to use the rod, etc buyers might struggle to get find equivalent exercise of what it would be in gym. So instead having instruction about the usage of equipment, you can relate it to gym exercise, for example how to use your equipment which will be equivalent to the gym exercises. Else it is great design for home work out, I would highly recommend to people who have busy schedule and can't go to gym
