How do I clean the the mask that the part touches my face?

Unplug the device from the controller. Use a soft water-based wiping cloth or wet cloth to clean. The mask is not waterproof.

Why is one time or subscription option ??

there're two working modes for optional-auto and manual setting. In auto mode, Red+IR light 10mins >>blue 5mins>>Orange 5 mins, total 20 mins a session and shut down automaticlly. In manual setting mode, you can select the light and set up time among 15/20/30mins as needed.

Do you make a neck and chest option?

This mask does not come with a neck and chest option.

it's good but...and oh return is not free 😕

after a week of using this product is good and a good quality but it's so big for my face ,its uncomfortable because my mouth is on the nose area and the eye protection is bragging your eyelids down can't continue using it ...so disappointing that return is not freeeee....
