The order was placed on 10th and delivered on 11th, which was commendably fast. Unfortunately, that is the only positive in this entire experience. The installation team arrived only on the 15th, and that too after multiple follow-ups. From the start, it felt like their only interest was selling products, not supporting customers post-purchase. Their after-sales service is extremely questionable. On 15th, when the technician finally arrived for installation, the product was declared defective due to a drum issue, and installation could not be completed. After that, three entire days were wasted with no response from either the IFB team or the seller. The seller’s contact number on the invoice is completely useless—calls go unanswered, and when answered, I was asked to contact another number that was switched off. There is absolutely no customer support or accountability after the sale. Only after I escalated the issue to Amazon, the seller sent another technician—seemingly to re-verify whether the machine was actually defective, almost as if the customer was lying. This was highly unprofessional and insulting. Finally, the machine was picked up on the 19th, after endless follow-ups and stress. It honestly feels like I had to fight a war just to get a defective product taken back. Overall, this has been a terrible and exhausting experience with both the seller and IFB. IFB clearly lacks a transparent and efficient resolution process, which is extremely disappointing for a brand of this scale. I will never purchase IFB again and will strongly prefer another brand and an offline purchase in the future for peace of mind.

IFB is a good product, worth the price

The product quality is excellent, and so far, I've noticed very little noise. The technician who came for the installation and setup was friendly and explained everything in detail. The washing machine is easy to use and has many features.

A very good machine has been given by Amazon and a very good response has been given by Amazon and hopefully it will remain like this in future too and also a big thanks to the Amazon seller who sends the product with so much response. And to all of you who purchase the product, my request is yes, you should purchase from Amazon only.
