Smart Solar 80900M01 Fountain Fresh

I followed the instructions exactly , and used the product in my little tub fountain. It slowed the growth of bacteria etc a bit, however not for long . Very disappointed

This product works as well as it is supposed to I put in my water feature to stop it going green and so far it has and the birds still drink and bathe with no ill effects which was my main objective it's been in a couple of months and is still working

Used this product for a solar fountain. Quite good but does need to be used quite frequently.

Works wonderfully keeping my wee garden fountain free from the nasty green clogging mess that tends to build up in the lovely summer sunshine days

Prepared the water feature as described & used the product as per instruction; hasn't made a scrap of difference.

I have a large water feature that goes green in about 2 weeks. Have been using this for over one year and it works perfectly - Does not need treating as often as the manufacturers recommend. Highly recommended.Worth noting that the reason other reviewer had no success is likely due to conditions. Ask any pond owner and they will tell you that blanket weed product A works for some but not others, Koi treatment B works for some and not others, etc etc. Thats the fact of the myriad of variables associated with animal and plant management.

I bought this after having used TAP Sparkle for some months. I thought it would be an effective alternative. In fact it is useless and I now need to clean my water feature to remove a considerable build up of green algae. I even wondered if this stuff is a 'food' for algae after seeing it appear so quickly.Never ,ever, again.
