This did take 3 weeks to arrive but a lengthy wait was stated at time of purchase - super easy to install - great tasting filter water - could of got a cheaper equivalent but that one didnt filter out as much - saves me alot of money over buying bottled water

I used to use 'similar' filter parts in my Franke filter systems before and they just didn't perform as well, so I now only use Franke parts. I changed my filter system about 6 months ago so this was the first change for me. This type of filter is much easier to change than my last one, in that there's no need to push it in place - it's just a case of placing it into the 'bowl' section and then screwing that back on. The one downside for me is that these filters do not come with any instructions, I had to look on YouTube to see how to fit it.

Moved to a house with water softener system. Didn't know how old cartridge was, replaced and saw immediate improvement in drinking water and kettle scaling.

I never write reviews but this time I feel I have to. I bought this cartridge in the past and it worked well. The last one I bought took about a month to arrive and when it did it was different from the previous ones and from the advertised pictures. The cartridge I received is completely useless. The water tastes of plastic and is undrinkable. I have sent many messages to the seller requesting a replacement or a refund and I had one unhelpful message back. Very disappointing customer service and not what I would expect from an Amazon seller. Stay clear. Avoid at all costs.
