Just started using it. Don't see any difference as of yet besides maybe my nails growing faster and seem stronger.

Use daily as an immune support for family. Take daily and double up when ill. Have definitely noticed illness doesn’t last as long.

Take with all my other liquid vitamins, this product gets delivered every 3 weeks it is on the subscription I highly recommend that you take this with the vitamin C to prevent getting any illness or make your immune system stronger. Does not have a taste, wish they made in a flavor though.

Tastes good but the dropper doesn't work properly
They taste pretty good. I just mix them in my juice. They basically taste like candy. I don't like the dropper. I can barely get enough product out an have to keep trying. Please change the packaging.
