Quick adapter
Bought the adapter so I can quickly swap from my chest mount to a tripod or just hold the go pro when I'm riding on the bike. Has that satisfying click to let me know that it is in securely.

Wobbly and loose
This quick connect was great in concept when I purchased it but as you can see, the plastic on plastic connection is loose, wobbly, and isn’t something I would recommend.Movement in both horizontal and vertical axis.
