Keep my son iPhone getting wet

These are very strong cases and my screen survived a direct drop onto the corner of a metal box. Put a ding in the screen shield but saved the screen. I dropped it other times and no damage to my phone. Finally had to replace the case but worth it for the price.

Pros:the ability to use touchscreen with water on it is really convenient.The case is very sturdy and sleek, the phone fits snug into the caseCons:The case covers the mic and while on phone calls people have a hard time hearing me while the case is on the phone, once I remove the case they can hear me fine.The screen protector has some extra room or slack between it and the screen which can make typing errors happen more than they need to. I have a privacy screen on top of my screen so it’s not that bad for me but still gets in the way from time to time.

This case is AMAZING! We bought my son (age 15) a new apple phone and tried to buy the BEST, most HARDIEST case we could find, as his first phone (a hand-me-down) was dropped numerous times. We went to Florida over Easter and he and his friend went to the beach without us and decided to play in the ocean and make videos - guess what - a large wave dropped his friend over (who had my son's phone) and the phone was lost (they told us they were ankle deep - the videos showed they were waste deep). They searched and could not locate the phone. Two days later, we received a text from someone saying they had found the phone in the sand, charged it and got his emergency number. The phone still worked! It is truly amazing how this case completely protected the phone from water damage. There is a 7 minute video of the phone being tossed in the waves. When we collected the phone, the case was gone - we think someone else found the phone, saw it wasn't working, took the case and left the phone. Luckily good samaritans rescued the phone for us. We have now bought the same cover again. Honestly, it is hard to believe the phone is still working after being tossed around in the ocean for goodness knows how long! Completely recommend.

This case is very terrible and design is not good.1. The back of the case that seals the phone in will not stay on. When I put the back of the case on, then sit it down and watch as it unzips itself off. Poor locking design.2. The screen protector that is built in is thin plastic that scratches easy. When I type on it, it makes it’s own clicking sound.3. The screen protector is very shiny and glare is bad. If u have a hard time reading your phone outside before screen protector is on it is worse with the cover on. Even under fluorescent lights inside glair is bad.4. The feature used to control the silence switch is a rotating device that does work but is hard to turn.5. The ability of people to hear me is diminished. The case greatly reduced the microphone. Also it makes people sound like they are talking through a tin can.Overall a very poor case. This is a cheap design that is not going to last.

I’ve ordered this case once before and had no issues but I noticed they changed the design slightly from my last case. It is waterproof and easy to install but it seems like the changes they made to the mic/speaker covers has made it hard for people to hear me at all on phone calls. If you open the charging port it’s slightly better but I still find myself having to take the case completely off to make phone calls. Maybe these changes make the phone more waterproof but for me call quality has gone way down.

Fit my grandsons iPhone 11 very well. Seems very sturdy and protective.
