There is a significant difference immediately after hanging these curtains on the level of heat. Almost August here in NC and the heat and humidity are making me sick. I like to hang out on my front porch and relax with my husband and this added protection from the sun is a must have. I got the idea as a few of our neighbors have hung white sheer curtains on their front and it looked pretty but I knew we needed something weather resistant. I wasn’t sure how we would feel about the red but we received compliments from our neighbors coming over to tell us how beautiful it looked. I should have measured the the length and got longer ones (purchased 84” in length) and I would have preferred for the curtains to reach the porch floor. I don’t want to hassle with the return and buying longer ones so it will do. We used outdoor tension rods and curtain tie ropes and looped the ropes behind 2 balustrades so the curtains don’t fly and flap out. Definitely recommend to have a bit of privacy and reduce the sun beaming on you-make sure you measure to see how long of curtains you need though!!

First of all for the prize, you can’t beat it! It’s hard to tell from the first picture, but that is the old faded one that came with the house. I’m glad I ordered two panels because I didn’t realize there were two blue panels before so I should’ve gotten four if I wanted to do the other side but everyone sits on this end. I now wish I got the white ones too but the ones I have are fine for now, but thinner. The grommets were fine it took seconds of course, to put up. The only unassociated pain was rewinding the outdoor hanging lights around the pole that I just hung recently. Will absolutely buy again when necessary.

These worked well for my screened in porch. The length I got hit just under the screen area (at the top of the metal at the bottom of the porch). You'll need tie backs for these because they blow around when it's windy. It gives privacy and protection from the sun. The back of my house faces east and the morning sun can be a little brutal. It was unbearable sitting on the porch until I got these curtains. Plus, it adds a little something to the decor.

I needed something to block the holes my complex has in the walls to the patio area to our units, looking to the parking lot, and everytime someone would walk by my dogs would park....buy also wanted lights...so found these lights and these curtains add the color and little flair I wanted..now the outside sitting area is warm and cozy!

These are made of heavy weight fabric that look the same on both sides. Blocks light well. They have a hem at the bottom which we used to thread a bungee through to act as a tie down during windy weather. I’m hoping they don’t fade. We bought the grey color which is a deep medium. So far I’m a happy customer.
