Before we address function, let me say this telescope is a thing of beauty- and looks like an art piece set up in my house. The package arrived with substantial packing and all the pieces were in great shape and went together easily. I found the instructions easy and the setup took about 30 minutes. Once I started 'star gazing' I was so excited to see the rings of Saturn and Moon craters. Each time I explore the sky I am getting better at using the awesome included accessories. Using the phone to help locate planets is a game changer. This telescope is great for adults and the younger ones learning about planets. We are planning a "Star Gazing Party' with family and friends!

This telescope is good-looking just as the picture. It comes with the tripod and very easy to assemble. Takes one person about 15 mins to assemble and figure out how to use. There are multiple replaceable lens available and can be used to observe stars/moon at different distance. Not too big and can fit in any car. Performance is great for moon and couple stars. Also pretty easy to take amazing pictures of moon and stars with phone. Good enough for beginners and star lovers to have fun. Worth the money.

I ordered this item and kept in it's box until my partner's birthday where I gifted it to him. After building it and taking it outside to test it we noticed one of the two lenses inside the telescope seemed loose. We tilted the telescope to aim downwards and sure enough the lens slid right out and we caught it before it could hit the floor. Upon further inspection of the lens we noticed it, and inside the sides of the scope had been all scratched up. The lens was already inside the scope when we received it and was not part of the assembly process so it couldn't have been that we put it together wrong.

I am thoroughly impressed with this telescope. From the moment that I received were evident, it was packed with double cardboard which is appreciated for international buyers who may need to transport it by airplane. Easy to install with clear and concise instructions; and with mobile app(with night mode). It allows me to observe the night sky with minimal effort

Nice telescope missing one piece when I got it but the used version probably won’t do that again

I was blown away by the results. This was my first telescope and it met all my needs! I can finally watch the surface of moon clearly! The telescope was fairly easy to assemble and the legs hold the scope steadily. It is made using quality materials and feels like it will last for a long time. I'm just impressed how easy it is to use it and carry around. Definitely recommend this telescope for beginners and enthusiast.

This telescope is well worth the price. It’s easy to put together and take apart. You get beautiful clear pictures through it. My 3 and 4 year old grandchildren absolutely loves looking at the moon and stars. Great product for the value . I would definitely buy again and recommend for anyone wanting to get up close with the amazing sky.

The Telescope I purchased had issues with the micro latitude adjuster, where it did not function. I have contacted support 4 different times over a 3 week period with no response.Update, its now Sept 28th and I'm updating my experience with Galaeyes customer service. They finally responded after I posted a review of their product. The limited help they provided consisted of trying the same things over and over. They have since stopped responding to my email and left me with a very frustrating piece of equipment that I will be replacing.
