Best grill I have ever used.
For years I had a grill that I converted from propane to natural gas. Even though I bout the correct kit the flames were always too high and I burned food. This grill solves that and more. Like my old grill meat still cooks a little faster in the back than the front. However, this grill cooks different kinds of meat perfectly. I was concerned at first because even on the lowest flame settings the temp gauge read 350+. I was pleasantly surprised how well everything turned out. Can barely see any flame even though it warms quickly and quite well. Will never go back to propane! The other huge bonus is the thick cast base. Other grills have thin sheet metal that corrodes and rusts quickly. The drip pan is superior to any other grill I have had. I especially like the fact that the left side shelf can collapse. My one complaint is that because the left shelf can collapse and you need to lift that part to roll the grill, the shelf can easily come loose and collapse when trying to roll it. Otherwise well worth the money after years of using cheaper grills.

Excellent grill!
I bought this for a birthday surprise for my hubby and I really wanted for it to be assembled, but that was not an option. So I had to tackle the assembly by myself. I will admit that it took me many hours to put together, but I was able to do it by myself. For the record, some of the pieces are heavy and two people working together in my opinion would be the way to go. But I felt very accomplished knowing I truely was able to give my husband a gift, an assembled grill. The best part about this grill is the option to hook up to our gas line to the house. No more propane tanks for us! We love it. We actually grill way more than we ever have due to the ease of it all.The downside to this is the manufacturers customer service. It was horrible. Once we connected the grill to the house and started her up, the grill became a furnace that sounds like a jet plane. It heated up so fast that we knew something was wrong. My husband called customer support and they basically told him he was an idiot. The grill NEEDS a regulator to control the gas intake. My husband ended up talking to multiple people that work in the gas industry and we bought a regulator and installed it and she works like a charm. JUST DON’T EXPECT ANY HELP FROM WEBER CUSTOMER SERVICE!We do love the grill.

Great grill from Weber!
Package arrived safely and undamaged in record time from when I placed order. Opened package inventoried all parts and proceeded to follow the step by step directions provided. Everything worked perfectly and was really easy to assemble following the instruction booklet finished the assembly in about 2.5 hours. Picture above after finishing assembly before taking outside to use. This is my first experience with a natural gas grill having used an18 year old Weber propane grill which told me it was time to retire although still useful. I was tired of having the tank refilled so went to the natural gas model. Had to get one fitting to connect the quick release that came with the grill to my existing, but pipe plugged, gas outlet on my porch. Easy to obtain from local plumbing store but probably could have gone to a big box store for that part. I have used this grill several times and found even heat and exceptionally fast warm up time. Really enjoy my new Weber Natural Gas grill and the speedy delivery from Amazon.

Fantastic Grill
I held off reviewing this product until we had some cook time on it, and wow, does this baby cook. Assembly was straightforward for me, but might intimidate a rookie with a screwdriver. The instructions and the parts organization was outstanding. Part counts were correct at all stages, and the quality of the fasteners was very high (both of these are something I check, and it is a pet peeve of mine when things are messed up). On to cooking ... Weber brags on their 4-steps to successful grilling, and they deliver. The ignition system is first-rate, and the flame distribution efficiently delivers the initial burner flame to the other 2 burners. The grease control system is excellent as well. The only minor complaint here is that the raccoons can easily dislodge that dinky little tray that the drip pan sits in. I know because our neighbor called the police thinking someone was putting an aluminum ladder up the side of my house with all the noise the raccoon made licking things clean. I added my own SS keeper bars, and all is well in The Land. Love the grill, and we grill 2-3 times a week all year in Cleveland OH, rain, shine or snow. So after 40 years or so, I know what makes a grill great, and Weber made it in spades.

Great value grill! Natural gas version rocks!
I got the natural gas version. It came with the gas hose pre-attached to the main unit. It also came with the quick disconnect connector (3/8”) that the plumber can install for you at your gas supply. I had the plumber install a shutoff valve at my supply as well as a 3/4” to 3/8” adapter as my pipe is 3/4” and needed to be reduced to 3/8”. At the end of that goes the quick disconnect adapter. If you have an option to get natural gas vs LP, spend the extra money to fit your gas supply with the disconnect (about $175). The independence from that propane tank is worth it. No more worrying about whether you have enough propane left in the tank and no more propane tank refill runs. The Spirit II e-310 natural gas grill is excellent. Easy to assemble, high quality construction, gets hot fast, and lots of cooking surface for my needs (family of 3 and occasional small get together of 6-8 people). Looks great as well. This product from Weber provides excellent value for the money and I highly recommend it.

The grill came with a dent on the lid
Grill is great other than the fact when I started assembling it I realized there was a dent in the lid already. It is just too big and awkward to send back for that, so I did keep it and put it together. It’s just a little annoying to have a nice new grill and already have a dent in it, otherwise the grill is fine
