I installed Ubuntu 22.04 Linux
This is actually a solid laptop. The 1920x1200 screen is pretty good for a non-MacBook laptop. The whole thing is about 3.5 pounds. It fits in my messenger bag okay. I installed Ubuntu 22.04 LTS to completely replace the bad OS it came with, and Ubuntu is fast in this machine! 16GB of RAM helps, even though the N100 CPU is no workhorse by today’s standards. I bought this to run Linux to do my engineering class project. And so far it’s working well, exceeding my (modesr) expectations for such a cheap laptop. The only caveats right now regarding Ubuntu are: 1) the trackpad is not recognized at all, which means I have to use an external mouse (which I prefer anyway but does reduce portability a tad), 2) the screen does not come back upon waking up from “suspend” (which is called sleep in MacOS, my primary work environment), which seems to be graphics driver issue. I’ll work on these two issues when I’m done with finals and see if they can be fixed. Otherwise a pretty solid laptop for this low price. The memory and storage are aplenty. If anyone has also installed Linux as boot please share your experience.

Value for Price
I researched for hours which PC laptop was the best and I kept coming back to this Jumper 16" Laptop, 16GB RAM 512GB SSD, Quad-Core Intel Processor, FHD IPS(1920×1200) screen, Windows 11 Laptop. I absolutely love it for its price vs quality. I wanted a laptop with enough memory, speed, brightness, large screen and ease to do my projects and searching. I have had my laptop for several weeks now and I am thrilled with my purchase. Everything has been easy and the performance top notch. Color and brightness is very good. I will say that the battery life isn’t as long as I hoped but it is definitely long enough to be away from a power source to do quite a bit of online work. I recommend this Jumper pc laptop and will buy another if I ever need to.

Cheap garbage not worth your money or time.
Shell felt cheaply made and had some perplexing design decisions like a complete lack of HDMI or Display Ports, and a USB-3 port located behind a power port. Speakers are a joke at best, they sound tinny and Hollow, like I'm listening through something through a set of tin cans with a piece of string between them. System memory is a joke, for the price it should come with more than just 500GB and a garbage processor. On top of that, the darn thing shipped with a charger that was this plastic block you could swap the 220V plug prongs out on. I guess it's cool of you do a lot of travel between regions and need to swap to 110 or 220V a lot, but with how small the charger plug was, it didn't inspire a lot of confidence in the things ability to regulate energy flow. To add to all this, the laptop got incredibly hot incredibly fast, even on top of a cooling pad, and got so bad the thing froze and started looping sound while streaming video. I wasn't even doing anything system intensive, I was just watching a movie and the laptop lost its mind and wouldn't turn off until I let the battery die naturally. Immediately returned, for the price I paid ($401 with tax, which was the "sale price" down from the "original" price of $1200, (yeah right, Amazon)) I could've bought 4 Samsung 2tb memory cards and shoved one into my old laptop with 3 to spare for my desktop. Avoid this piece of garbage like the plague.

Good computer, good value
Computer is great. It’s very fast a small issues. The battery doesn’t last for a long time in the shift. Key is a little small.

SSD Drive Died @ 12 Months
I’ve had this laptop for just over a year. For the price, it’s a great value. Large, sharp display. Good speed for average gaming, business apps and event graphic design. Keyboard layout is slightly awkward and the speakers are just OK but good enough for video conferencing. Battery life is good. My issue is with the SSD drive. It gave out after 12 months without warning and data could not be recovered. Contacted support and after initial reply they went silent.

I would definitely recommend buying this!
I saw this after the 71% sale, and decided to buy this. The computer did not disappoint. It runs games like Valorant and Minecraft, incredibly well, and is great for work, and other things you might do on a laptop. In the end, I definitely would recommend buying as it checks all the necessary needs of a laptop. Build quality is great, and I love the design of both the screen, and the keys.

Great Value! Runs Fast!
Bought this for work. We needed a computer that is reasonably priced, but also provides a ton of speed, battery life, quick installation, and has good memory. That’s hard to find, as you typically must pay much more for this type of performance. My team runs multiple online programs as well as tons of spreadsheets and applications simultaneously on it daily. It’s faster than the rest of the laptops we have here. Very happy with the purchase.
