Very good and fast working.

This stuff works, it takes a few days. For me, it took a week for full impact, but it works! Lethargy gone! These are easy to swallow and well worth the money. I don’t think there’s any more to say really.

B vitamins are so important and not always in our diets. I find this combination in my diet improves my mood and health in general

I have bought this through Amazon for a few years and it is a great product. Please note that when I received my order the other day the jar only contained 30 capsules rather than 90 capsules on previous order. However it is been charged at the same cost as I previousely paid for 90. if you look at the picture shown closely it does say 30 but costing shows for 90.

My photo shows what I was sent. Even though all the detail is the same I went by the picture. I don’t want high vic c. Didn’t want 200mg vit B5 - NRV% 3333 seems very high. B5 is involved with making red blood cells. Mine are high as it is following cancer treatment and blood transfusions. It also helps to process fat. Having done the Zoe tests I found out that I don’t have an issue processing fats. I was really after B6. Which it does contain. I think this is all a bit of an overload and the Magnesium, as stated on Amazon label picture is only 3% NRV. I would advise read the ingredients label better than I did. My urine turned neon yellow too. Showing I don’t need all this. Although some people might.
