Q: It says: ingredients: 'modified tapioca starch and purified water' but later on: 'vegetable cellulose (hpmc) and purified water'? which is it?

Sorry for the mistake. We carry tapioca capsules, but this is not that. This one is Vegetable Cellulose (HPMC) and purified water I just updated the listing, but it may take 15 minutes to show up on the live site. Howard Capsule Connection, LLC

Q: Can oil of oregano be put into these, two drops? Or is there a better size for that dose

00 size holds about 730 mg. or 1/5th teaspoon. You could use a smaller one.

Q: Which dissolve faster, tapioca or cellulose? Main differences?

All capsules we sell must comply with US Pharmacopeia requirements to dissolve in the acid environment of the stomach in less than 15 minutes. So the tapioca and cellulose are similar in the amount of time to dissolve. The tapioca may be more digestible than the cellulose for some people.

Q: If i put jello in these and it melted would it melt through the capsules?

They are designed to dissolve when warmed so I don’t think they would work with jello
