Not snake oil, this stuff has actually cleaned the valve stems and piston crowns as it advertises after just running one bottle in a full tank suggests, I can feel the power is up a little and after boroscoping the engine before and after I can confirm this is actually working.

Seems OK
I would never know if it works well or not. I trusted my mechanic saying it will do good to the engine so I bought it (Citroen C3 1.4 petrol 2008). I must say that since I put it, the engine starts straight away and smoothly. No other signs like increased acceleration response or anything else.
