I really like this set up. I have no room in my kitchen. It's literally a tiny space for chopping vegetables. This saves space and holds a large onion. Thank you for the little note on curing the cutting board. I wasn't taught that and I did all of my boards. I use them over the sink for more space. With your cutting board, I don't have to dig them out for more space. Thank you.

Pretty cool. In five minutes I had veggies sliced up for salads all week, and neatly stored in the fridge. Only downside is that it slides around on the counter, so I may put a non slip pad underneath for better stability.

My husband bought me this as a gift. Although the cutting board box is made very well and looks nice, it's difficult to use. For one, you need to coat it with mineral oil before using. It was difficult because of all the cubbies to get full coverage. It is a pain to clean after use. It so big that you need a huge sink to put it in. Wiping it down with a cloth isn't always an option. So I wouldn't recommend you use it for any kind of raw meat or cheese. Vegetables isn't too bad. Fruits that are very juicy can me messy. Also, the grater inserts that I reciebes did not fit into the whole but into the cutting board. I needed to take a razor and trim them down to get them in. The box lids just sit on top. They dont snao shut ot anything. There is no seal. The pictures show someone using the supplied flexible plastic cutting board on top. But it has no grip so it just slides and is very unsafe. I would not recommend trying this. All that being said, the box is nicely crafted. I did use the boxes to store cut ingredients for a meal in the fridge and that was very convenient. Just had to make sure my kids didn't move them or knock them over. The grater pieces work fine. And it stores nicely. I like a product that fits all together. I think this is a neat idea but clunky in actual practice. So, just think about your kitchen setup before choosing this. Do you have room for a big bamboo box on a shelf or counter? Do you mind dealing with mineral oil? Can your sink accommodate it? And how often will you use it? If that all works for you then go ahead. Like I said, it's a nice piece but not as practical as it seems on the surface.

It doesn’t take up much space I have a small apartment it’s very durable it’s easy to use it’s sturdy boards are thick enough the design is good but the finishing on the wood could be better their edges sticking out that shouldn’t be they should’ve sent it off to mandolins our dog the mandolins our dull not worth the metal they are made of the opening they leave when you don’t use them makes it easy to place the vegetables or whatever you’ve cut up into the plastic bins I suppose you could use those plastic cutting mats on top but why add plastic to your food in a little little bits of plastic are cut off every time you use it. It’s plenty durable. The design is fair, the finishing is poor.

The best purchase I've ever made, it's beautiful and fulfills its function, it's very practical to use.
